Thurston Energy is pleased to announce its Price Protection Program. Now is the time to reserve your supply of quality heating oil at lower prices and take delivery during the 2010-2011 heating season.
We ask that you review this contract, which is governed by and in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, sign, date, and return all pages to us with your payment as soon as possible.

Thurston's will budget with customer the total oil needed for the forthcoming winter. Thurston's will purchase on a pro-rata monthly basis the oil and hold on account for customer. Customer will be billed monthly for the entire year as supplies are secured and held in storage on customer's behalf. Monthly payments will be due and payable as billed. The price for gallons bought will be the monthly sales price as determined by the attached contract date. Any gallons exceeding your pre-pay amount under this agreement will be priced at prevailing rate under standard terms of your account. Pre-pay gallons will not be refunded if you terminate. |
| Plan B |
Plan B will be paid in full by the agreed-upon date. Customer agrees to automatic delivery. Minimum purchase of 500 gallons. Gallons reserved start upon receipt of payment and end April 30th 2010. Any credit balance for unused gallons on account after April 30th 2010 will be applied to next year's future purchase. Any gallons exceeding your pre-pay amount under this agreement will be priced at prevailing rate under standard terms of your account. Pre-pay gallons will not be refunded if you terminate. |

Offered at an additional $.30 (thirty cents per gallon) will be paid in twelve monthly installments with the total amount paid by the agreed upon date. Customer agrees to automatic delivery. Minimum purchase of 500 gallons. Gallons reserved start upon receipt of payment and end April 30th 2010. Any credit balance for unused gallons on account after April 30th 2010 will be applied to next year's future purchase. Any gallons exceeding your pre-pay amount under this agreement will be priced at prevailing rate under standard terms of your account. Pre-pay gallons will not be refunded if you terminate. |

Non-payment from customer automatically breaches this contract. Burner service will be billed separately. Please pay for these charges separately. FORCE MAJEURE: Thurston Energy is not responsible for events that prohibit unfulfilling this contract for any of the following reasons: Acts of God, Unusually severe weather conditions, civil commotion, riots, labor unrest or any other uncontrollable force. Our price plan is available on a first come/first serve basis and may increase or decrease as Thurston's purchase more fuel. The date we receive payment could affect your price. As customers purchase fuel and new contracts are secured prices will vary. Thurston's purchases their oil in 42,000 gallon contracts.
